Do you manufacture all of the Fashion items ?

Yes. All products listed in MILLAVINE store are manufactured in our workshop.

 

Do you have any retail store?

Currently MILLAVINE only open online store. You can shop products directly from http://millavine.com and we will sent your order directly to your address.

 

Do I have to create an account to shop at millavine.com?

Yes. By creating your account, it makes you easier to shop because you do not need to write your personal data and your address every time you shop. By creating an account, you can also gain other benefits such as newsletters and be able to get discount info and special offers.

 

How do I change my personal data in millavine.com?

You can login and access "My Account" Page to edit your personal profile or details.

 

For the sold out item, will it be back in stock soon?

We are able to do restock, but depending on the circumstances, you might have to choose different fabrics and you also can customize your measurement with additional charge. Contact MILLAVINE team to get updates on the sold out items.

 

What will happen after I click "CONFIRM MY ORDER"?

Items will only be sent after we received your payment. When you have completed your payment, You have to confirm your payment on “CONFIRM PAYMENT” menu in Your account. When the confirmation process is completed, we will immediately process your order and send the goods to the address provided.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order after submitting. Please do review your shopping bag before you click “CONFIRM MY ORDER.”

 

Can I add item(s) after I submit an order?

Unfortunately you cannot. You will need to place another order for the items you want for your additional purchase.

 

Why are my orders cancelled?

Your orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 3 days (3x24 hours), then our system will automatically put your ordered items back in stock.

 

How to track my orders?

You can sign in with your email and password then you can view your order history and status from there. Any update status from your Order will be emailed directly to your email.

 

I have done my payment for my orders, but I forgot to do the payment confirmation for more than 3x24 hours. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at orders@millavine.com. We will help you anytime soon.

 

Can I exchange or return sale items?

Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

What if I receive a product that doesn’t match my orders?

If this happens, you can contact our customer service to arrange for an exchange.

 

Can the product purchased be returned?

Products that are purchased can be returned within a maximum period of 3 working days after receiving the product. For more details, see the return policy.

 

How do I know if millavine.com has already received the products I returned?

Customer Service will send you a notification email. After our warehouse team has processed the products that you returned, you will receive credit in your account. If you do not get the email within 10 working days after you send the products, you can contact our customer service team to check it.
